Program in Focus
The 1966 program included a retrospective on the films of Damien Parer, a war cameraman. 8 short films were shown, on loan from the Australian National Library. Alain Resnais's remarkable short film Night and Fog was screened, as was Fires of a Plain (Kon Ichikawa), Before the Revolution (Bernardo Bertolucci), Raven's End (Bo Wilderberg), Walkover (Jerzy Skolimowski), and Loves of a Blonde (Milos Forman).
