“If there were an Olympic category for self-confidence, Malcolm Bricklin would win gold hands down.” - filmmaker Jonathan Bricklin

At an age when most men start putting their feet up and cashing their pension cheques Malcolm Bricklin has decided to go for broke and start again, setting up a new US car company from scratch. Having had previous successes (Subaru) and failures (Yugo) importing cars to the US, the eccentric entrepreneur brings his snake-oil salesman charm to bear in an attempt to broker a new deal with small Chinese car manufacturer Chery.

His son, filmmaker Jonathan Bricklin, had unprecedented access to the behind-the-scenes wheeling and dealing - which even sees the engrossing and charismatic Bricklin baring all in the name of ‘close relations' with his confused Chinese business partners.

Produced by Morgan Spurlock (Super Size Me).
